For the newly founded holding CECONOMY we designed a concept for extended online retail, a large-scale marketplace idea. As there was no brand name yet, the concept was published under the holding's own name.
In a small, half-internal and half-external team set up to establish Lean Startup inside the group, I owned, as UX manager, the validation of company requests on business feasibility, technology and customer value, more than twelve times during my tenure, including AR, VR and games. I effectively led the team via the internal manager, as a freelancer could not hold a lead title.
